Most conflicts that arise at the workplace can be avoided or resolve if we have the necessary training in managing conflict. Conflict which is not resolved will spiral out of control and can lead to serious consequences including termination from employment.  This program will put you on the track to successfully managing conflicts and improving relationships with your supervisors and co-workers. his program will explore the numerous cultural variables that impact on how conflict is resolved in different cultures. This cultural awareness will make participants effective negotiators and conflict solvers.
