A Guide to Investing in Real Estate or the Stock Market; Strategic Planning

Investing in either real estate or the stock market can be daunting and at best perilous if one is not educated in the nuts and bolts of investing. This program will offer students the foundation for understanding how real estate is valued and purchased and sold including the critical components including deeds and mortgages. The program will also explore the basics of s securities including stocks and bonds and how the stock and bond markets work.
